COVID-19 cases continue to decrease in Puebla

The state government’s Ministry of Health reported 52 new cases of dengue fever in Puebla in the past few hours, bringing a total of 1,704 people infected with the virus in 81 municipalities.

The head of the department, Araceli Soria Córdoba, said there were no deaths, bringing the total death toll to five, and 11 people were hospitalized due to dengue fever, urging people to go to a nearby home health facility if they develop any symptoms. . The following symptoms occur:

Regarding COVID-19 cases, officials reported that eight people were hospitalized, one of whom required assisted mechanical ventilation.

From yesterday to today, there were 11 new cases of infection and no deaths; so far, the Ministry of Health has registered 125 active cases in 20 cities in the state.

Authorities advise Puebla residents not to forget to wash their hands frequently, sneeze properly and use antibacterial gel, and if they have a common cold, use a mask to prevent the spread.
