“Creed 4” will be directed by Michael B. Jordan

While Creed 4 was previously confirmed to be released, producer Irving Winkler revealed that Michael B. Jordan (Adonis Creed himself) will return to direct the next installment in the series.

Winkler shared the news deadline contenders When he was asked if Jordan would direct again after helming Creed 3, he smiled and replied, “I shouldn’t say…but he will.”

“We plan to make Creed 4, it’s in production,” Wink also said.

“We think we have a really good story. A really good plot. We hope… well, we have a little delay like everyone else because of the strike… but maybe a year from now We will move into pre-production.”

While we know nothing about the movie, Jordan confirmed to IGN long before Creed 3 was released in February 2023 that Creed 4 would “definitely” be released alongside a possible spin-off.

“I just want to expand the Creed universe within reason, but definitely look forward to other things surrounding Creed,” Jordan told IGN.

In our review of Creed 3, we said that while it “probably won’t stray too far from the format of the very familiar Rocky movies, it’s nice to see Creed really get started beyond Rocky Balboa.” It’s an exciting chapter for the series to build its own legacy beyond Asia.”
