Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 14th and 15th goals in the Saudi Professional League on Friday, the latter of which was arguably his most for Al-Nassr. Good goal.

Cristiano Ronaldo scored a stunning goal for Al Nasr on Friday

Cristiano Ronaldo produced a moment of magic to help Al-Nassr secure a memorable 3-0 victory over Al-Akhdoud on Friday.

In the 13th minute of the Saudi Professional League, Sami Naji scored and Al Nasr took the lead. Ronaldo scored after the break, but it was his second goal that caught the attention. The 38-year-old striker scored a stunning goal from 35 yards.

This is one of Ronaldo’s most unique goals. Ahdoud goalkeeper Paul Vitor rushed out to clear the ball, but he passed it straight to Ronaldo. The Portugal international calmly clutched the ball to his chest before lofting it high into the Saudi sky.

The ball ended up in the center of the goal as all the defenders looked up. Ronaldo happily celebrated with his stunned teammates after the game and posted the news on Instagram. “Happy weekend everyone,” the veteran forward wrote.

Al Nasr is now just one point behind leaders Al Hilal in the Saudi Professional League standings, although the latter still have a game to play. Al Hilal can restore their four-point advantage with victory over bottom-of-the-table Al Hazm on Saturday.

All eyes are now on Al Nasr’s next Saudi Professional League match against Al Hilal in six days’ time. Ronaldo’s team cannot afford to lose this if they want to win the title.

Ronaldo has now scored 527 league goals after spells with Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and now Al Nasr. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is also approaching 1,000 club games, with Friday marking his 994th.
