Dana White underwent a shocking body transformation after being given 10 years to live

Dana White has officiated many UFC matches during his tenure as President and CEO of the UFC organization. During these fights, the athletes’ bodies are on display while others like him remain in costume to conduct business behind the scenes.

However, White has made staying in shape a priority in recent years. Last September he announced Action addict

podcast where he was told he only had 10 years to live if he continued this lifestyle. As a result, the 54-year-old began working hard to take control of his health, which led to an amazing physical transformation.

In a before-and-after photo posted to Instagram, White showed off his “fucking crazy” makeup looks from 2017 to 2023. He tagged Gary Breck, best known as a biologist and mortality expert, in the post.

White spoke about the moment he decided to make a change, giving credit to Brecke. Brecky’s company, 10X Health Systems, reportedly told the UFC CEO that the end of his life is not that far off.

“I’m completely screwed,” White said of his blood test results and the prognosis they offered. “Anything that can be bad can be bad. (Brekka) gave me 10.4 years to live.” White received disturbing news just months before his television appearance. Action addict podcast, and he clearly heard the warning.

“He says, ‘If you do everything I tell you for the next 10 weeks, it will change your life,’” White recalls. “I did everything he said exactly and lost 30 pounds.”
