Actress and TV presenter Lilia Rebrik told how to get in shape after the New Year holidays and feasts.

Before the New Year, people traditionally prepare many tasty, high-calorie dishes, which they then eat for the next few days. This “feast for the belly” leaves its mark on both the figure and digestion. To help the body get in shape after the celebration, it is worth arranging fasting days. TV presenter and actress Lilia Rebrik on her Instagram has shared step-by-step instructions on how to properly “get out” of the holiday period.

Day one: recipe for a light soup

Olivier, sparkling, mayonnaise salads, meat, and fish dishes for the New Year are delicious and satisfying, but it can be difficult for digestion. The presenter shared a recipe for a “healing” turkey and green pea soup, which also has an exquisite taste.

  • 2 wings or 1 small turkey drumstick;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • a few peas of black pepper
  • 1 lemon;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 celery;
  • 70 ml of dry white wine;
  • 200 g frozen green peas;
  • salt and ground pepper (to taste);
  • oil.

  1. Put the turkey, bay leaf, peppercorns in a saucepan and cover with water (1.8 l). Bring to a boil and cook for about an hour, until the meat is tender. Cut 4-5 long strips of zest from the lemon. Squeeze out 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and set aside. Cut carrots, celery, and onions into cubes and fry for 7-8 minutes in a heavy-bottomed saucepan, stirring constantly. A crust of gold should appear on the vegetables.
  2. Add zest, lemon juice, and wine to vegetables. Cook, stirring constantly, stirring for another 2-3 minutes. Remove the meat from the broth, pour the broth over the vegetables, and boil for another 15 minutes. The meat must be removed from the bones, cut into pieces, and added to the soup. Also, add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes. When the soup is ready, remove the slices of the rind, and garnish each portion with a slice of lemon.

Important nuances:

  • If the soup contains lemon, it should be eaten immediately.
  • Frozen peas can be replaced with canned peas, but then they do not need to be boiled – just add to an already prepared dish.

Day two: incendiary dances

On the next fasting day, Rebrik proposes to ” stir up” all the eaten goodies and sandwiches with an incendiary dance. Together with her husband, choreographer Andrey Dikim, they recorded a “tutorial” with simple movements. The actress also posted the same video in slow motion so that subscribers could easily learn them.

Day three: physical activity

The presenter advises not to overload yourself in the first days after the holidays, because the body after the holiday “relaxation” may not be ready for intensive training. And Rebrik advised to take friends, loved ones, or at least a coach with her to the gym – to make it more fun and easier to practice. And if there is no opportunity or desire to go to the gym, you can perform similar workouts at home. The main thing, says the presenter, is to take care of your body on such “ difficult” holidays for it.

Earlier, Lilia Rebrik revealed her secrets of harmony. The presenter has several rules that she does not break in order to maintain her physical shape and body in good shape.
