It’s a good idea to look for some cold dish recipes that can be prepared in advance. If you want something warm, opt for puff pastry or tart and bake it before serving.Here are three ideas foodie!
Seafood pintxos
- This is how you prepare…: Chop 5 cooked shrimps, 1 boiled egg, 1 green onion and 1 head of lettuce.
- …so you serve it: Mix with pink sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup and 1 tbsp brand). Place on 1 slice of fried bread.
tartar basket
- This is how you prepare…: Chop 1 tuna fillet, 1 avocado, pickles and chives. Mix with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
- …so you serve it: Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Keep a little tartar in a basket at home (you can buy it ready-made).
chistola puff pastry
- This is how you prepare…: Thaw 1 piece of puff pastry. Cut into 10 cm strips and roll 1 chistorra into each strip.
- …so you serve it: Cut into 5cm pieces and garnish with toasted sesame seeds. Brush with egg wash and bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
