DIF Ramos Arizpe has reinstalled hygienic filters; masks must be worn for admission

Ramos Arizpe The Health Department reports that in order to prevent an increase in cases of COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses in the weeks before the start of the fall and winter season, the use of municipal DIF facilities is simply a matter of using the department’s director, Luis Wembe. Luis Humberto Valdés Rodríguez reports that for those who do not wear masks, filters will be provided at the main entrance and antibacterial gel will be applied.

“Currently there are nearly 600 active cases in the state, four of which are registered in the city. Although the number is low, we cannot let down our guard as we remember that many senior citizens, pregnant women and minors come to DIF facilities, whether for support procedures or receive medical care, so we must maintain this measure to keep everyone healthy,” he explained.

He noted that the measure started this week and will last until the end of winter. To this end, he called on the public to use masks in closed places and to go to a health center to rule out contagion or a common cold if they have flu or cold symptoms.

“We should not panic, this is a preventive measure that not only protects us from the coronavirus but also helps us reduce the risk of respiratory diseases, especially minors and the elderly. Wash your hands frequently and use antibacterial gel It is also important as an additional measure,” he noted. (Eduardo Serna)
