The plot, therefore taken from a case of black news, follows the life of nurse Amy Loughren, who suffers from cardiomyopathy, a disease that causes difficulties both at work and at home. When new colleague Charles Cullen starts working in her department, the woman is convinced she has found a friend who can help her, but soon a terrible secret about Cullen’s past will come to light and the mysterious deaths that occurred in the departments where he worked.
