DraftKings Network: GM Shuffle talks Eagles win over Chiefs, Tom Brady criticism, Matt Canada firing

Last year’s Super Bowl pitted the Kansas City Chiefs against the Philadelphia Eagles. The Chiefs ultimately prevailed, making the Week 11 matchup between the two teams a must-see in the bubble. Kansas City sat at home, but Philadelphia walked away with the win after the Chiefs offense couldn’t get out of trouble.

Michael Lombardi is back with another episode of The GM Shuffle presented by DraftKings Network. He was joined by Femi Abebefe and the two began by reflecting on Monday night’s win. With both teams still considered the winning teams in their respective conferences, they discussed what a 1-1 tie in this series means for potential playoff prospects this season.

Future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady is back in the news, but don’t worry, he won’t be back again. I shared some criticisms of the NFL and said the league as a whole has become very mediocre. Speaking of which, the Pittsburgh Steelers are hoping they can bounce back and spark their offense for the rest of the season after firing offensive coordinator Matt Canada.

The Indianapolis Colts waived former Pro Bowl linebacker Shaquille Leonard in a somewhat surprising move. Lombardi and Abebefe discussed the move, then transitioned to previewing Week 12, with no teams having byes, and highlighting the Thanksgiving/Black Friday slate.
