Along with Michael Jordan, LeBron James is widely considered one of basketball’s GOATs. In addition to his countless accolades, James’ overall impact on the game is one of the reasons why people regard him so highly.

Andre Iguodala recently expressed his thoughts on the Heat team featuring LeBron, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh. He appears on the Old Man and Three podcast with Evan Turner.

The Warriors veteran asserted that LeBron doesn’t play well with mid-range shooters around him. So when the Heat took on the Dallas Mavericks and Dirk Nowitzki in 2011, the coach had to make some changes.

“What’s interesting is you’re starting to see some adjustments with Chris Bosh at the 5. It doesn’t seem small because LeBron gets the ball and he’s a big guy who carries the rock a lot… but They made adjustments against the Spurs, and I think that’s when you started seeing smaller basketball. “Nobody’s really talking about it,” Iguodala said, according to “Heat Nation”.

Thanks to this revolutionary strategy, the Heat became one of the most successful teams in the modern era. With LeBron in his new role, the Heat won two consecutive NBA championships in 2012 and 2013.

Iguodala and Warriors use LeBron’s tactics against themselves
