Elizabeth Olsen he has admitted very frankly that right now he is not nostalgic and lacking in regards to the Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch interpretation.
The actress, who after WandaVision we caught up with as her iconic character in Doctor Strange 2, explains from the pages of Variety:
No, I don’t miss her acting. I’ve been playing it for almost 10 years now. And I really loved her. The reason I don’t call Kevin Feige every day with presentation ideas is because I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to achieve. I think WandaVision was a really amazing opportunity. If anyone told me that I was fired from the Marvel films, I would be proud of what we have achieved. And I’m really trying to figure out how to focus on other movies and characters so that my career is less about all things Marvel.
A few weeks ago, the star explained, when asked about his character’s future, that he hadn’t signed any contract at all (HERE’S THE FULL DETAILS). However, it’s still hard to believe that his journey through the Marvel Cinematic Universe has come to an end.
