There are rumors that Emilia Clarke, who is currently the most powerful character in the MCU, will be returning to Marvel in a big way.
The last time we saw her character, Gia the Skrull, she was mopping the floor with Gravik on Disney+. Secret Invasion row.

According to the crazy news Twitter account MyTimeToShineHello, Emilia Clarke is now set to return to the MCU as part of a team of British superheroes.
“Are you excited to see more from Gia, Marvel’s most powerful hero?” teases the account.
The account added: “She’ll be back sooner than you think. She will lead her own group of British superheroes.”

Which British Marvel superhero team?
Excalibur?
The first British Marvel superhero team that comes to mind is Excalibur, so perhaps instead of rumors of Henry Cavill as Captain Britain (who would want that, right?), Kevin Feige will cast Emilia Clarke as the Skrull, G. Yes, I lead the team.
What’s weird is that since Gia is a Skrull, she’s not actually British, but I guess since the actress is one, it doesn’t really matter (I think).
Union?
Another possible British Marvel superhero team could be the Union.
The union recently debuted within King of Black Marvel Comics event, but was originally intended to be part of Empire comic book event.
Empire The event is related to the upcoming invasion of the Kree and Skrull armada led by Hulkling, so we see a connection to the Skrulls.
Kevin Feige may have plans to adapt recent Marvel comics, as many of them are believed to have been used as testing grounds for the MCU.
Excalibur is more tied to the X-Men, so perhaps if Feige ever uses Excalibur, he’ll keep it to tie into his plans to create mutants in the MCU.
Hayley Atwell will be Captain Carter again?
We can also assume that since Hayley Atwell plays Captain Carter in the Multiverse, perhaps Avengers: Secret Wars Hayley Atwell will appear as Captain Carter, a different option than the one who was unexpectedly killed off in Doctor Strange 2. If so, that probably means Captain Britain is no more.
