Over the weekend, the Toxic singer went to the tattoo artist to sanction the start of a new life.
Britney Spears is turning the page after breaking up with Sam Asghari and is doing so with two new tattoos that symbolize rebirth.
In fact, Brit posted a video to Instagram over the weekend of a tattoo artist intending to engrave black dots on her right ring finger.
He then raised the camera to show a new pink star tattoo on the inside of his right arm, near the elbow.
The post was accompanied by three snake emojis, or the same symbol the 41-year-old had recently tattooed on her back: “My new snake tattoo guys. I’m so excited,” she said as she danced last Friday.
Britney is currently going through a divorce from personal trainer Sam, who filed paperwork in August to end their marriage after 14 months. They have been in a relationship since 2016.
Breaking her silence on the breakup on August 18, the “Stronger” singer wrote, “As everyone knows, Hyesam and I are no longer together… 6 years is a long time to be with someone so I’m a little shocked but… I’m not here to explain why, why, why: frankly, it’s nobody’s business!!! But honestly, I couldn’t take the pain anymore!!! Somehow, telepathically, I received many messages from friends that made my heart melt, and I thank you!!!”
On Sunday, she posted a video to Instagram of herself dancing at her house and lip-synching to Kelis’ “Trick Me.”
