Fantasy Island last season: Dream Island is back on Sky and streaming NOW

There is an island where wishes come true, a magical place where you can finally make your dreams come true. In the 70s and 80s, it was Fantasyland, an ABC cult product that made generations dream about the adventures of guests at a resort run by Mr. became possible. Today, however, it is Miss Roark, her great granddaughter, who runs a magical tropical paradise, ready to welcome new clients in the final season. Between first releases and libraries, the series offering on Sky and NOW is limitless, with many titles capable of capturing audiences of all ages and tastes.

Three channels entirely dedicated to series – sky atlantic, sky series AND Heavenly Investigation – act as a prestigious showcase for the most anticipated international innovations, longest running and most iconic franchises (CSI, One Chicago, Law and order), to the Italian and group series Sky Original, to the great classics: titles that have made – or are writing in recent years – the history of television (Game of Thrones AND Dragon House, Gomorrah, Chernobyl, Last of us AND successionJust to name a few).

A very rich offer, which has become even more extensive due to the fact that Sky Studios products will soon appear. For the set that just closed, in Cinecitta, the set M. This summer will be marked by big titles from the all-star cast. In July, among other things, the British spy story will debut. The Spy Among Uswith Damian Lewis (also very soon in the final season Billions) and Guy Pearce, as well as the crime drama Sky Original, set in Australia. The final boss of King’s Cross, with Tim Roth; August is the start of a new season. Winning Time – The Rise of the Lakers Dynastystarring John C. Reilly, Jason Segel, Adrien Brody, Michael Chiklis and Sally Field (plus Quincy Isaiah and Solomon Hughes playing none other than Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar); and from Billions, with Damian Lewis returning to the cast to join Paul Giamatti for the final season. Until the new season in September Dominatewith Kasia Smutniak, who returns in the wonderful tunics of Livia Drusilla, the third wife of the first Roman Emperor Caesar Augustus, designed by Academy Award winner Gabriella Pescucci.

In autumn, on the other hand, there will be three new Italian Sky Original titles: mystical drama Summer backwith Lino Guanciale and Filippo Scotti trying to unravel the mystery that unfolds between 1990 and today; Unwanted – Hostages of the sealoosely adapted from Bilal, an investigative book by undercover journalist Fabrizio Gatti about a journey he undertook among migrants along the routes of the Sahara; All we have left is a crime series, a six-episode sequel to the beloved time travel saga starring Marco Giallini, Gian Marco Tognazzi, Giampaolo Morelli and Massimiliano Bruno. Plus new episodes of last season’s very popular novelty, Golden agesigned by a real institution in the field of costume drama: Sir Julian Fellows, who, after outlining the vices and virtues of the English nobility of the early 1900s (downton abbey) now chronicles the American Gilded Age of the late nineteenth century. And then the long-awaited return of one of HBO’s flagship titles, True detectiveabout the disturbing case, this time on the Alaskan ice, with Oscar® winner Jodie Foster and former boxer Kali Reis.

2024 promises to be just as exciting with the return of some of last season’s most popular shows, of which Sky and NOW will also be exclusively offering new seasons, and the debut of much-anticipated new titles like HBO titles. Modewith Kate Winslet and Hugh Grant, e sympathizer Park Chan Wook starring Robert Downey Jr. e M. Son of the century from Antonio Scurati’s bestseller Strega, starring Luca Marinelli as Benito Mussolini in the ambitious Sky Original series directed by Joe Wright. And yet the first series of the D’Innocenzo brothers, Dostoevskywith tortured detective Filippo Timi, new season Call my agent – Italy; The Art of Joy Valeria Golino from the controversial posthumous novel Goliarda Sapienza; Love with Stefano Accorsi and Micaela Ramazzotti and dozens of other titles.
