This year there are 50 participants in the second Top Creator rating Forbes they used their 2.6 billion combined subscribers to make more money $700 million: more than 20% more than 570 million in 2022. They’re not alone: Companies will spend $21 billion on creator marketing in 2023, up from $1.6 billion, according to social media research firm Influencer Marketing Hub. seven years ago. “Audiences trust influencers more than they trust advertising,” says Erin Lanuti, chief innovation officer at advertising giant Omnicom Pr Group.
To rank the best creators, Forbes analyzed data on the income, number of subscribers, engagement levels and entrepreneurial activity of thousands of Internet personalities with the help of the marketing company Influential. The result: a list of 50 people who are using their massive following to change the world of media, marketing, entertainment and taste.
