Eight Mountains (2022)

More recently, but already cult, eight mountains (2022) according to directors Felix Van Groeningen AND Charlotte Vandermeersch adapts the autobiographical novel by Paolo Cognetti and tells of a special lifelong friendship between the Turin Pietro (Luca Marinelli) and climber Bruno (Alessandro Borgo), starting with their meeting in the mountain village of Graines, in the Val d’Ayas. Everest (2015)

The real expedition to Everest, which took place in May 1996, will be told by the Hollywood blockbuster of the Icelandic director.
