former basketball player Brandon Hunter died of unknown causes at the age of 42. The former Boston Celtics and Orlando Magic power forward trained at Ohio University, where he played four seasons, and it was the university that announced his death. He jumped to the NBA from Ohio State, where the Celtics selected him (LeBron James) with the 56th overall pick in the 2003 draft.
A year later, he entered the expansion draft as the Charlotte Bobcats merged into the North American Conference, but he did not debut with North Carolina as he was traded to the Magic. In Orlando, he played 31 games before heading to the Sioux Falls Skyforce of the G League.and he didn’t stay there too long.

In 2013, at the age of 30, he ended his career as a basketball player, but as an athlete agent, he still maintains contact with the basketball world. In 2021, after trying to break into the world of finance as a broker, he founded his own agency Hunter Athlete Management.
