I returned to the bodybuilding and fitness competition arena. I’m so excited to be back on stage after four years, I’m so excited. I’ll tell you what happened during the prep process: I started prep 4 months ago (about 16 weeks), in terms of starting the definition phase. They say that in order to compete, you have to carve your body like a chisel.

During the first 4 weeks, you will work on eliminating any accumulated fat in your body while reaching a caloric deficit. For me personally and for many of my friends who are competing, they take away our free meals during these weeks to be able to show good physical condition and get to 100. Because sometimes if we offer too many free meals, it can delay our progress at this stage of the game.
