Despite his great power, the European leader still preserves the country house where he used to spend a lot of time surrounded by nature and a space full of harmony.
Boris Johnson, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, decided to rent his famous country house outside the town of Thame, in Oxfordshire, for which he is asking for £ 4,250, something like $ 5,841 per month.
According to the technical sheet, published on the ‘Right Move’ portal, the property was launched for rent last Sunday, April 11 and since then several people have shown interest in inhabiting it.
The house, known colloquially as The Old Farm House and distributed on two floors, is made up of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, dining room, living room, family room, study, among other rooms, that is, it does not have great luxuries.
The exterior has a swimming pool, tennis court, extensive green areas, and an incredible garden room.
From various corners of the residence, there are spectacular views of the landscape, as there are no neighbors for several miles around, which, without a doubt, is a plus for those who decide to rent it.
“A beautiful Grade II listed four bedroom family home with separate annex/office, manicured gardens, pool, tennis court and spectacular views over open countryside,” a snippet of the description reads.
The minimum rental period is 12 months and tenants are allowed to bring their pets with them, which would considerably facilitate their rent.
Boris Johnson paid £ 640,000 for that house in 2003, but its current value would be close to £ 1.2 million, something like $ 1.7 million.
