Also in Pennsylvania, Gigi gave birth to a baby girl Khai in 2020, at a nearby farmhouse where her then partner Zane Malik was purchased in 2018.

Gigi expanded her NoHo holdings by purchasing a $5.82 million townhouse in the same building where she already had an apartment. The recently renovated duplex has three bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms of about 300 square meters, as well as a private terrace of 70 square meters with a fireplace and a summer kitchen. Like the other properties, the townhouse – the only one in the Selldorf-designed building – also boasts marble countertops in the kitchen and custom mahogany trim in the master bathroom. At the time of the purchase, Gigi apparently intended to combine the new purchase with her existing apartment to create a mega-home for her growing family.

The following year, Bella broke into the New York real estate market by purchasing a $6.1 million Soho penthouse. The building dates from 1877 and was previously a silk salon. The converted condominiums have retained much of the historic detail, including brick ceilings, round steel beams and open air ducts. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is over 200 square feet, with a private rooftop deck adding another 70 square feet. Modern elements give the space an industrial chic touch, including Italian built-in wardrobes, a glass-walled wine cellar tucked under a floating steel staircase, and a large black marble island in the kitchen. In the end, however, Bella didn’t own the house for long: She put it up for sale for $6.499 million in early 2021 and sold it for exactly that price a month later.
