After all, the famous 10,000 steps are not just a legend, but a good daily habit to keep constant in our routine. How to calculate them? It’s very simple: to monitor the activity, all you need is a smartphone and… comfortable shoes to wear. Which ones to choose, however, is the most difficult point and for this reason we have tried, here, to create a mini-shopping guide to orient ourselves in this universe of shoes suitable for a dynamic life.
And, in the meantime, we also looked for some inspiration on how to combine them thanks to the looks of some very glamorous celebs. Gigi Hadid And Julian Moorefor example, have chosen the Arizona from the Birkenstocks and they showed them off with two totally different outfits. The first in a casual version with a T-shirt and jeans, and the second, however, in a combo with an oversized and double-breasted blazer.
