Sharing her photo on the photo and video sharing app on Saturday, the 48-year-old Oscar-winning actress captioned it ‘Paparazzi’ while meditating, along with a yoga emoji.
In a beige checkered outfit with pajamas, the Sliding Doors actress is seen in the Instagram post sitting cross-legged on a loveseat with her hands resting placidly in her lap. Her cozy posture was enhanced by thick woolen socks and brown loafers on her feet.
The actress has become a lifestyle guru after she founded her company Goop in late 2008. She is currently putting a lot of effort into her wellness and lifestyle business.
Her company deals with everything from beauty to nutrition. Last year, she also launched a Netflix series, The Goop Lab, for things and trends in the wellness business.
