HEIDI Klum and Sofia Vergara showed off a fun party with their colleagues and friends.
The America’s Got Talent stars, along with fellow judge Howie Mandel, 67, and host Terry Crews, 55, spent the day on the water.
Taking to Instagram, Heidi, 50, and Sofia, 51, shared photos of a fun day on a yacht with their friends and family on Monday.
In one post from Sofia, the Modern Family star posted a snap of the entire group laying on the deck of a boat, smiling happily as the golden hour sun set.
She added a photo of herself, as well as a selfie of herself and Heidi wearing sunglasses and holding champagne flutes as Howie ducked into the frame behind them.
In another picture, Sofia and film star Terry sat at a table with gold cutlery and crystal glasses with their wife Rebecca King-Crews.
She captioned the post: “Thank you @howiemandel @experiencedriftwood for an amazing night with friends,” along with a red heart emoji.
In Project Runway alum Heidi’s post, one of the images features herself, Sophia and Howie along with his wife Terri Mandel.
The group hugged each other and swapped their usual America’s Got Talent glamor for jeans and warm coats.
Heidi also shared a short video of herself and Sophia with the caption: “Monday vibes.”

FIGHT FOR THE MOTHER BEE
Even though Heidi and Sofia seem very close, some fans are speculating that there is competition between them.
During the live performance on September 12, Sofia took a pouty selfie while Heidi chatted with Howie and Simon Cowell, 63, in the background.
One fan claimed that Sofia was trying to outshine Heidi, writing: “Heidi Sofia is jealous because you’re a competitor baby.”
Back in the summer, another fan also noticed the seating arrangement on the panel and suggested that Simon was favoring Sofia.
On Reddit they asked: “Why did Simon move Heidi up one seat when Sophia joined?
“I hope Lauren is okay, knowing that Simon is clearly in love with Sophia.”

Although the judges are doing great energy during their time away from the show, some critics criticized their performance on the show.
A fan on Reddit shared his unfavorable opinion of the judges, and many others agreed.
The original post said: “Does anyone think the Howie-Heidi-Sophia-Simon panel is getting stale?…the panel is getting boring and a bit stale for a number of reasons (having to adapt to this new format to begin with). Time for a shake-up?”
One user responded: “I hate all the judges, Howie is the least worse. I especially hate Heidi and Sofia. However, none of them know talent, we need real artists and choreographers.”
A second agreed: “Heidi is terrible. Her comments often involve her telling the participants what they just did.”
