Manso was something innovative both in its concept and in its form of communication, and the plasticity was as real as the material of the moment. Many Lucian artists used my rings because they were fascinated by them, other brands copied my designs and it created something very strong that we all loved. Now I want to free myself from all this and spend more time on product development and design rather than focusing on social circles. I don’t pretend to enjoy the world in its entirety and I don’t exaggerate people’s expectations.

I’m a designer and I’ve moved away from being innovative in the kitchen, so I want to turn back my creativity and success. Sure, I’m a bit of a punk in my personality and I work hard to overcome it, but that doesn’t mean I don’t take myself seriously.

Plastic is the essence of the brand. It guides me and at the same time sets the boundaries of my creative freedom. Also, this is material where I have a competitive streak and a broader knowledge of the subject. I don’t know much about other things, but I can tell you that I have a master’s degree in plastics applications.

Sincerely, when people fall in love with your product and support you without disagreement or complaints, because they really like my creations, and not because it is a passing trend. Now I keep in touch and good contact with Naty Peluso and Bad Gyal. For example, Natie made me happy when I first opened the Jean Paul Gaultier collection in Paris and felt proud of my work. Rosalia also sent me a similar message. It is really very good to be pitied in this way.
Yu Abuela was the inspiration for La Manso. What did she keep?
My boyfriend, like me, also collected plastic jewelry. We both talk a little about Diogenes Syndrome because we accumulate boxes and items that seem to have no value. I remember that my abuela decorated all the walls of her house with bows: buns tied into chinchets with inclined joints, and, above all, thousands of collars with which apples were tied on the doors.
