The National Festival “Il Giullare – Theater Against All Barriers” is about to conclude its 15th edition with two evenings of major events and various national guests, among them the names of Aleandro Baldi, singer-songwriter, and Paola Severini Melograni, journalist. and presenter Rai, Ladri di carrozzelle, the oldest group of wheelchair users in Italy, and Ivan Cottini, dancer of the famous Amici stable. Thus, the festival completes the fair in which theatre, art, culture and cuisine have demonstrated that diversity is a wealth and a resource in all its aspects, and does so on two special evenings: on Saturday, August 5, with a lecture, and on Sunday, 6 August, with a big gala.

Saturday, August 5, 21, in Porta Vassalla, a very characteristic and still little known place in the city of Trani, the evening “Parole e musica”, in which Paola Severini Melograni, journalist Rai, author and host of the program “O anche no “. and Italian singer-songwriter Aleandro Baldi, in an evening in which music and storytelling will be the protagonists of a dialogue that will cross the life and career of a blind artist who had already achieved fame in 1992 with the winning song “Non amarmi”. ” in Sanremo Giovani, sung in tandem with Francesca Alotta, and with the consecration of 1994 thanks to the victory at the Festival with the song “Passerà”, which gained new popularity in 2000 thanks to the Spanish version of No Me Ames of Non amarmi. performed by Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony.

Sunday 6 August at 21 Porta Vassalla will be the stage for the Galà del Giullare, the final evening of the Festival, which intends to celebrate the protagonists of an event that speaks of the potential and resources of diversity. The gala concert will be presented by Veronica, one of the most important radio voices of Puglia and beloved face of Radionorba, paired with Marco Colonna, director of the theater company “Il Giullare”. Together they will introduce the numerous guests they have been waiting for at the evening, starting with Paola Severini Melograni and Aleandro Baldi, who also attended the final evening of the festival, Ivan Cottini, former Amici dancer, Silke Pan, a circus performer who came from Switzerland, Simone Magernino, singer San Severo and Nicolas Deplano aka FeetDj and The Wheelchair Thieves are a regular presence at kermesse and are the longest running wheelchair group in Italy.
