Alexis Ohanian recently shared a photo on social media of herself standing on a golf course with Olympia. He also proudly said that he served as a caddy to accompany his daughter that day. The 40-year-old entrepreneur also made sure to tag the Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC), which he owns.

The PGA Tour announced the launch of an innovation alliance developed in partnership with a respected team of technology experts. The cutting-edge league will kick off in January 2024, with matches scheduled to take place every Monday night.
The format details 15 regular season games, each of which will consist of 18 holes played on a virtual golf course. The team with the best performance during the regular season will then advance to the playoffs and ultimately the championship game.
Alexis Ohanian took to social media to express his excitement about the acquisition of Los Angeles Golf Club (LAGC).
He revealed the league’s format, promising to bring “all the banter,” “camaraderie” and “trash talk” people love in team sports.
The league will bring together the best golfers from around the world and pit them against each other in an intense two-hour period.
“All the banter, all the camaraderie, all the trash-talking outlook of the team format that we love in team sports now applies to golf. Over the course of a two-hour period you’ll see the best golfers from around the world competing Competing against each other in a very engaging way,” Alexis Ohanian said.
The tech entrepreneur said the new format will be attractive even to those who don’t normally like golf.
“It’s very attractive, even to non-golf fans. I have great faith in the sport as a whole and see this as a huge growth opportunity over the coming decades and the prospect of showing the world a truly modern form of team golf, “Hey, you know this sport is actually for you. “Very, very exciting,” Alexis Ohanian added.
