Hollywood actress Jessica Alba is the main character in the new issue of Women’s Health magazine.
The 39-year-old movie star graced the cover of the edition, showing off her slim fit in a white crop-top and high-waisted bikini set.
It is noteworthy that in the new photoshoot, Alba posed in exclusively white outfits – tops, a skirt, trousers, and a swimsuit, demonstrating an impeccable figure.
In an interview with Women’s Health, Alba revealed the secret of her slimness, admitting that she adheres to a strict diet, but sometimes allows herself to relax.
“Four days a week, I try to eat only plant foods and do not drink alcohol. There are no restrictions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. This is moderation and balance, ”she says.
Alba notes that she regularly plays sports, and during the pandemic she discovered Pilates:
“I’ve always thought that I needed to lose weight before sweating, that I needed to feel like I had just run a marathon. I thought that I needed to train hard and hard. But when the gyms closed and the schedule changed, I realized that I didn’t have to give my all. Sometimes exercise is just a walk while listening to a podcast. I’ve learned to balance and not feel like a failure if I don’t kill myself. Lately, I’ve been training two to four times a week. I recently discovered Pilates. I feel every muscle in my body, ”says the actress.
Alba also talked about how the pandemic changed her life:
“The pandemic forced me to get used to the fact that things don’t always work out the way you planned. The pandemic allowed me not always to have answers to all questions. I also realized that real joy comes from the moments when, you know, we play with the children in the afternoon or when the son wants to show us her last trick on the scooter, or from our family walks. That’s what’s really important, ”said the star.
