Michael Jordan is one of the most popular athletes of all time, winning the hearts of millions with his game. That said, not everyone is Team Jordan, love it or hate it.
Former NBA legend Isiah Thomas, who had numerous feuds with Jordan, shared his thoughts on how to repair their damaged relationship. To be honest, the two were never that close, with rumors speculating that Thomas not wanting Jordan to become an All-Star and his rookie season was allegedly the reason Thomas was left off the Dream Team.
Neither rumor has been confirmed, but when you consider the physical rivalry between Detroit and Chicago, it’s easy to see why the two players could be feuding. According to Thomas, he believed they had a good relationship until he watched the final dance, in which Jordan loudly berated the Pistons star, calling him a jerk.
Those comments didn’t sit well with Thomas, and when he appeared on Draymond Green’s show, he made it clear what the two needed to do to get back together.
It will be interesting to see if Jordan apologizes to Thomas or if he stands by his comments. One thing’s for sure, we’ve never seen Jordan back down from a challenge, even if that challenge was to apologize.
