Palestinian Prime Minister Muhammad Shtayyeh met with the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, who headed to Ramallah after yesterday’s visit to Israel as part of his tour in the Middle East, and made a joint press statement.

Shtayyeh called for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza, and stressed the need to deliver aid and medicine to the region.
