The music in these moments it feels more important than ever, as it is being a great distractor for the situation in which we are living. In these days several artists are taking advantage of the moment to take some grounders that were stored inside of a trunk or they flat out just to compose –something that we greatly appreciate– and now the good James Blake has decided to do the same to make it more enjoyable quarantine.
After you move us to the core with the first concert I gave on-line, where in addition to playing a few songs from the great majority of their albums and even threw a cover of Radiohead, Frank Ocean, Joy Division and Billie Eilish, british musician and producer shows us a new song called “You’re Too Precious”a topic in their shows in streaming promised, brand new as soon as possible and, as a good knight he complied.
It is one of those ballads to electronic that to James he loves to compose and to come out of marvel. In it we can hear his voice accompanied by a discreet piano and synth mix with a beat pretty chill that will make you move the head, a vibration sounded very similar to the one that was presented to us at his most recent studio album, Assume Form. “You’re Too Precious” it’s produced by nothing more or less than Dominic Maker of Mount Kimbie.
But what is really important is the letter, as it is perhaps one of the songs more romantic than James Blake has written in her entire career. According to the artist himself british and recapturing it from Gorilla vs Bearthe letter talks about: “want to take some of the load off of someone and just love that person”. Apparently Jameela Jamil brings to the musician cacheteando stools hard and nice, jiar jiar jiar.
