The actual purchase price is not yet known, as the sale has not yet been concluded.
The two newlyweds really want to start a new chapter in their lives, since the half-hectare property, which has only been on the market for twenty-five days, was built in 2022 And it may never have been inhabited before. The two-story, transitional-style home, inspired by traditional East Coast architecture, sits in a verdant setting amidst plane trees and tall hedges.
