Jesse Garcia set to star in Disney+ reboot

Jesse Garcia is going to have a terrible, horrible, not good and very bad day on Disney+. The actor of Sons of Anarchy And Narcos: Mexico joins the already announced cast members Eva Longoria (Desperate Housewives, Dora and the lost city of gold) And George Lopez (The George Lopez Show, Blue Beetle) in the reboot in the works of Alexander and the terrible, horrible, abominable but very bad day. According to Deadline, Garcia will star in the Disney+ Original film, described as a “Latin-centric” adaptation of author J’s 1972 best-seller of the same name.udith Viorst.

Garcia had previously appeared in the role of Dwayne in the 2014 Disney film adaptation, with Steve Carell And Jennifer garner in the shoes of exhausted parents, while Ed Oxenbould theIt played the 12-year-old of the same name Alexander. Upcoming roles include the action-thriller The Motherinterpreted by Jennifer LopezAnd Flamin’ Hotthe Longoria biopic about the Frito-Lay employee who created the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

Marvin Lemusco-creator of gentefied Of Netflix, directs the film directed by Alexander. The screenwriter is Matt Lopezalready author of the modern reinterpretation of Race to Witch Mountain for Disney and the remake of Father of the Bride Of HBO Max with a Latin cast.

The director’s 21 Laps Entertainment Shawn Levi (Night at the Museum, Cheaper by the Dozen) and the Jim Henson Company (The Muppet Movie, Pinocchio Of Guillermo del Toro), who backed the previous film adaptation, are producing for Disney+. Alexander and the Terrible, Awful, Abominable but Really Very Bad Day does not yet have a release date on Disney+.
