Jumanji 4, Kevin Hart updates fans: “We need something big”

FILM INFORMATION

Kevin Hart is ready to return in the fourth chapter of Jumanji, the franchise revived and updated in recent years after the success of the 1995 film starring Robin Williams. Hart attended the Night of the Oscars and was interviewed by Variety, updating fans on the evolution of the project.

“We’ll have to do it soon” Hart said “I spoke to Dwayne Johnson the day before yesterday. We’ve had some great ideas right now”. Already in January there was talk of Jumanji 4 with great ideas in the pipeline but then the project stalled.

Pressed by the interviewer, Hart continued:“We’re talking, obviously, of another Jumanji. We’re simply trying to figure out what could work versus what could be the final chapter of me or him. We feel we need something big to end our duo and not just walk away saying ‘this will be our last and final film'”. Dwayne Johnson attended the Night of the Oscars presenting the award for best animated film with Emily Blunt.

In the previous film, Jumanji: The Next Level, Hart played Mouse, a zoologist avatar controlled by both newcomer Milo (Danny Glover) and football player Fridge Johnson (Ser’Darius Blaine).
In the cast of the third film also Karen Gillan, Jack Black, Danny DeVito and Awkwafina.
