While Justice is a love letter to his wife Hailey Baldwin, Freedom it is his way of professing love for his Christian religion. The pieces are about have faith and trust in God, in addition to addressing how he is the only one who can judge us.

It was on March 19 when the 27-year-old singer published Justice, the disk that in turn saw the light only one year after the previous Changes (2020), with which he obtained three nominations for the latest Grammy Awards, including Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Pop Solo Performance.

With this new release, the third in just over 12 months, the Canadian greatly intensifies its production rate in recent years, since did not edit anything in the five years that followed the success of Purpose (2015), time in which he was focused above all on his personal recovery.
