Killed by the Coronavirus in Mexico April 9


Mexico has 174 dead by Coronavirus until this Wednesday, April 8. According to the last update of the Secretariat of Health, there was an increase of 33 deaths in the last 24 hours. In addition, since almost all the states of the Republic have suffered some other demise. Campeche and Guanajuato are the most recent in addition to this statistic.

There were 33 new deaths

Then, the pace of deaths fell and the Tuesday submission only 13 deaths, to the report of the 19:00hrs on Wednesday, April 8, the number of deaths by COVID-19 increased to 33 in the past 24 hours, a figure that makes it the worst recorded since the pandemic reached Mexico, for now a total of of 174 deaths throughout the national territory. The majority of these are concentrated in the country’s capital, Mexico City.

Campeche and Guanajuato had their first death

In the last 24 hours, these two states recorded its first death in an official way and joined the list of federal entities with at least one death. Now, remain without deaths yet Aguascalientes, Chiapas, Chihuahua, Tlaxcala, and Colima. Of these states, only Aguascalientes is more than 50 infected with a total of 53. The list of the leading Mexico City (39), Baja California (15) Sinaloa (13), State of Mexico (11) and Quintana Roo (10).

The rate of lethality is on the average at the global level

Of all the people who have contracted the COVID-19 at the global level, the 5.7% have lost life. Now, the average in Mexico is a statistic very similarbecause the rate of lethality in our country is already in the 5.06%. Equally, the Secretariat of Health reported that at least one afourth part of the infected at the national level are hospitalised.
