On Wednesday May 27, Kourtney Kardashian had Addison Rae as her guest at a Poosh live session! Kourtney was very excited to have Addison and the two of them caught up with life for a few minutes before starting training.
Addison was very excited to join the session and teach Kourtney her six minute butt workout. Because, hey, not everyone can go to the gym these days. Sometimes all you need is a quick workout to get your heart going and your muscles moving!

The workout is simple and easy to follow, best of all, you don’t need any gym equipment. What are the steps? Let’s break them down!
First, you do 30 seconds of donkey kicks on one leg, switch legs, and do 30 more seconds. Next, fire hydrants for 30 seconds on each leg. Finally, the fire hydrant extensions for 30 seconds on each leg. That completes a three-minute session, so repeat once to get to six minutes.
Simple truth? However, don’t be fooled, you will feel the burn.
Kourtney tells Addison that she remembers these workouts from her college days. Sometimes it’s the simple exercises that we need the most, not all that heavy equipment. It’s like Khloé Kardashian shared when she joined Kourtney on Poosh, ten minutes on the jump rope is great for the body!
