Lanciano has “Inclusioni 8”, a contemporary art collective.

Twenty artists from Abruzzo, Molise and Lazio are exhibiting in Lanciano (Chieti), in the contemporary art collective “Inclusioni 8”, which was vis-a-vis on 12 August and can be visited until 8 September next year.

The meeting, included in the program of Lanciano’s summer events, takes place between the arches of the Auditorium of Diocletian under the patronage of the President of the Regional Council of Abruzzo and the municipality of Lanciano.

The “Inclusion Group” was born about a year ago; the first meeting takes place in Palmoli (Chieti) on the occasion of the exhibition of the sculptor Claudio Gaspari in the castle of Marquesal.
Immediately afterwards, on the occasion of the Autumn Days of Fai, the Fai delegation from Vasto (Chieti) moves the artists to the Castle of Monteodoriosio (Chieti) under the care of the sculptor Ettore Altieri. The third meeting will take place at the Castello Svevo in Termoli (Campobasso) curated by the artist Carla Di Pardo, then at the Aldo Moro Cultural Center in San Salvo (Chieti). The fifth appointment is in the unfinished church of Pollutri (Chieti), the sixth in the Ducal Palace of Larino (Campobasso), the seventh and last, for the Days of the European Sea, collective in the premises of the municipality of Termoli. Tomorrow is the vernissage at 18.30 in the presence of the mayor of Lanciano, Filippo Paolini. Starters are served with typical local products, bocconotti and sparkling wine.
