Entering his 21st season in the NBA, LeBron James has overcome all difficulties and still averages amazing numbers per game. At an age when most athletes slow down, the 38-year-old King James is playing at the highest level and is currently the best in the league. With their unwavering mentality, work ethic and determination, the Akron Hammers have been the face of the league for more than two decades. If his workout videos are anything to go by, the Ohio native appears to be ready for the upcoming season. Before training camp, James posted a parody of the late Kobe Bryant.

As LeBron James enters his prime, every season will be important for him. Most likely, he will be looking to add one or two more titles to his resume before finally hanging up his boots. Although he has become increasingly injury-prone in recent years, his game remains top-notch. Last season, James played 55 games and averaged 28.9 points, 8.3 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game, which was comparable to his father’s time. In his 20th season, he topped the scoring list. Kobe followed with 17.6 points. Basketball superstars Dirk Nowitzki and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar ranked third and fourth with 12.0 and 10.1 points respectively.

King James recently updated his fans on Instagram about his winning mentality. He wrote, “Let’s get it” Expressing his desire to bring the Larry O’Brien Trophy to the Lakers with a crown emoji. His winning mentality is similar to the late Kobe Bryant’s Mamba mentality. The word Mamba comes from the former Lakers nickname “Black Mamba.” It just means working hard and becoming the best version of yourself.
