LeBron James celebrated son Bronny’s 19th birthday on Instagram on Friday

LeBron James is celebrating Bronny James’ birthday!

The 38-year-old NBA star called his son Bronny the “greatest of all time” in a loving tribute post on Instagram on Friday as his eldest child turned 19.

“On and off the court, you are 🐐 @bronny!!” LeBron wrote in the caption of his celebratory post, which included a goat emoji to signify that his son is “the GOAT” (the most GOAT ever) great).

“Happy birthday!!! Love you ♾️ kid. Keep going! 🀎🀎🀎🀎🀎🀎✨✨✨✨,” LeBron added.

Alongside the message, the athlete also shared a series of photos of him and Bronny, one of which showed the father and son smiling as they posed for a photo. The second photo shows the two smiling at the camera again, with Browne giving the camera a thumbs up.

LeBron also retweeted several photos on his Instagram Story that show his son playing basketball as a child and as he continues to celebrate his son’s birthday over the years.

The NBA star paid tribute to his eldest son after he suffered a cardiac arrest during a workout at USC in July.

In August, the James family announced that Browne had been diagnosed with an “anatomically and functionally significant congenital heart defect,” which they added “can and will be treated.”

Earlier this week, LeBron shared that Bronny, who recently began his first semester at USC, is “doing really well,” and he gave The Athletic an update on the 19-year-old’s progress and post-operative plans . Jovan Buha.
