Loki Season 2 Coming to Disney+ One Day Early

The God of Deception does it again: Loki season 2 will be released a day early compared to what was previously expected, Thursday, October 5th, instead of Friday, October 6th, at least in the US. Episodes will air at 6:00 pm Pacific Time Zone, which is California’s time zone; if you slavishly respect the time zone, then this means that he will simply arrive on Friday the 6th at 3 am instead of 9 am.

We will have to wait for the official announcement from Disney+ Italia to know exactly when the series will be available to watch in our region. However, what is especially curious is the fact that more or less the same thing happened with the first season, which instead of Friday, June 11, 2021, came on Wednesday 9. Disney usually releases new episodes of its series on Friday, but it was with Loki the worries began. a little more flexibility – the rhythm is always weekly, but the departure day may also change from time to time. Besides the aforementioned Loki, a very recent example of this is Ahsoka, who comes every Wednesday (Tuesday in the US).

Just like in the first season, also the second will only have six episodes, which will be published weekly. Apparently the tables have changed a bit from a production standpoint, particularly the script – this time all the scripts are written by Eric Martin, who only worked on two of the six episodes in the first season; On a couple of occasions, Martin was occasionally joined by other writers. However, when it comes to the directing, the opposite is happening: while the first season was directed entirely by one person, Kate Herron, this year we’ll see a bit more variety (and it looks like Herron won’t be returning).
