Lomagna: a tribute to Maestro Porcelli for his 30 years of curriculum and commitment

Thirty years of music teaching in Lomagna for the pianist Federico Porcelli, as he graduated with honors from the Milan Conservatory in the class of M° P. Bordoni. The Acimi della Musica association, within which Porcelli had initiated many young people into the study of musical instruments during these three decades, wished to commemorate him with a plaque of recognition. The municipal administration also paid tribute to him by presenting a parchment.

The tribute took place on Sunday 28 May at the closing ceremony, in which students performed piano, vocals, electric guitar and drums, replacing classical music with rock. The activity of Maestro Porcelli was supported by a team of teachers. to piano lessons by Andrea Bombarda and Luca Scacabarozzi, to vocals by Ester Piazza, to guitars by Francesco Taglianto and finally to drums by Mirco Cicomandi.

The distribution of the prizes was a surprise to Porcelli, who was pleasantly surprised. As another unscheduled event, always dedicated to him, the final performance by Mauro Longari, former teacher of the Lomagnese music school, accompanied by the recital of Ester Piazza on the piano.
