Madfinger Games has announced the closure of its multiplayer shooter Shadowgun War Games. Servers will be shut down at the end of summer – August 31st. The game recently kicked off its sixth and inherently final season. The developers gave each player 1,000,000 credits that can be spent on everything in the item store.
According to the developers, the reason for the closure of Shadowgun War Games was the inability to solve the problems of the game, which appeared from the very first launch. We participated in beta testing before the release, and we can say that even at that stage there were a lot of things that made the game absolutely uncompetitive. Despite the fact that the mobile shooter market is saturated very actively, the result is quite logical.
If you’ve played Shadowgun War Games and invested in the game, Madfinger Games promises to provide a full refund for any in-app purchases made within three months (starting March 1, 2021) prior to the start of Season 6.
