Manchester United beat Everton 3-0 on Sunday afternoon, with the goal of the season likely to have been scored by 19-year-old Argentinian star Alejandro Garnacho. Garnacho scored a stunning bicycle kick goal in just the third minute and paid tribute to club legend Cristiano Ronaldo after the game.
