Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has a lot of references to characters and locations from Marvel and the comics that we didn’t expect to see in Insomniac Games’ PlayStation 5 game.

Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is part of a larger universe. This is not Spider-Man in the movies, this is its own universe (Earth 1048) has no connection to the MCU movies or comics…but naturally everything is connected.
