Oliver Hermanus (Life, moffi) is the series’ lead director alongside directors Alex Winkler. (Somewhere a boy, This side up) and Florian Kossen (Germany 86, empress). The series was written by a famous playwright. DC Moore (Killing Eve, Temple), and based on the essay “The Royal Assassin” by Benjamin Woolley.
