Measles in Chile: how we avoid it and what are the symptoms

According to Seremi de Salud de Magallanes, the most effective way to prevent the disease is to get vaccinated, “in people born between 1971 and 1981, who have traveled to dangerous areas, have no history of the disease or have received 2 doses of the vaccine” for 12 months big. Infants 6 to 11 months and 29 days old who traveled to risky areas, and children 1 to 6 years old who received injectable doses who traveled to risky areas.

To get vaccinated, you just show your ticket to the nearest vaccination center, no doctor’s order is required.
