Megan Thee Stallion will release something that ‘could help us all’

Megan Thee Stallion is getting ready to release something that she says will help everyone, although she’s not giving a definitive answer as to what exactly it might be.

Taking to Instagram on Monday (September 25) with a teaser video, the Houston beauty revealed that she has something hitting the streets on Tuesday (September 26).

In the clip, we only see a silhouette of Meg’s side profile, and she says in voiceover: “I was always told that I had to be strong.”

In the caption, she added: “September 26th I’m posting something that can help us all. Stay tuned, beauties. #SeizeTheAwkward”

After taking time off following Tory Lanez’s highly publicized trial, Megan Thee Stallion has returned to work with a vengeance.

In a recent interview with Difficult While promoting her new Flamin’ Hot University initiative with Doritos, the Houston native hinted that she’ll be dropping a collaboration with her “Bongos” co-star Cardi B and taking the show on tour.

“I literally think this is the path we’re going down,” she said when asked about the prospect of working together on the project. “So I wrote two songs for her. And now I feel like I’m in a space where I know exactly what songs I want her to play for me. So, we are already preparing a small EP.

“We’ll have enough music to go on tour together. Me and (Cardi B) going somewhere together would be amazing. We’re already so cool. And I think we have similar fans. So if she wanted to do a little EP, I would definitely be happy to do that, but we make enough music that that would already be the case.”

Megan and Cardi, two of the biggest rappers of our time, have formed a strong friendship over the years. They first teamed up in 2020 for “WAP,” a raunchy and explicit hit that topped the Billboard Hot 100 and shocked millions around the world, including Snoop Dogg.

The pair then reunited earlier this month for the equally sexually charged “Bongos,” which has already made a splash on the charts, debuting at No. 14 on the Hot 100.

Regarding her solo activities, Megan Thee Stallion also revealed Difficult that she is back in the studio and working on a new album.

“I’m in such an amazing headspace,” she said. “I make music that I really, really like. I create music that I don’t have to argue with anyone about.

“With this album I feel like I’m getting to the point. I’m getting to the bones. This is my story and I am telling it. I’m so excited because this page is turning into a new chapter of my life and I feel like Hotties will be very happy to hear that.”
