Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been warned to keep their “Californian lifestyle afloat” after they were spotted socializing with Hollywood royals.
The couple was spotted at One805 Live! An event organized by Hollywood actor Kevin Costner to raise money for a first aid charity.
The Sussexes met up with friends Ellen DeGeneres and Oprah Winfrey for their first public appearance since returning to the United States from the Invictus Games in Germany earlier this month.
Fans have been wondering what their next move will be, especially after ending their multimillion-dollar contract with Spotify in June this year, reports the Mirror.
According to the Mirror’s royal editor Russell Myers, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for the Sussexes.
Speaking to Sky News Australia, he said: “We haven’t seen too much of Meghan in recent months; we certainly saw Harry quite often at the coronation, riding solo, and then returned just a few weeks ago. which is connected with the death of the late queen.
“But what’s on the horizon for these two? We saw that they needed to make lots and lots of money to keep their newfound Californian lifestyle afloat.
“Are they going to communicate with the new production managers? Have they been hanging out with Hollywood bigwigs, trying to get their latest projects off the ground?
“Who knows. When Meghan and Harry are involved, there’s usually something in the works, isn’t there, so I’m waiting and watching to see what they release next.”
Meanwhile, body language expert Judy James studied photos of the Sussexes at Friday’s star-studded charity event and noticed Harry’s expressive gestures signaled he was uncomfortable.
She told Mirror US that Meghan’s body language was completely “merciful” as she accompanied the Duke to the event.
She explained: “Meghan looks enchanted by the event and the company, while Harry looks less comfortable and looks quite out of place surrounded by celebrities.
“One of his (the Duke’s) hands seems keen to stay in his pocket and it is Meghan who seems to keep touching him with her hand, little pats or nudges, using guiding and encouraging gestures to help him get to the right place in the right place . time.”
She then touched on how Harry seemed to look “submissive” while Meghan seemed to “feel the need to hand the Kevin Costner award to Harry to give it to Costner before turning her husband with one hand on his back and then giving something like a little push in the back when Harry approaches the star.”
The expert concluded: “This is very similar to Meghan’s performance as she plays a much more central and dominant role here, perhaps reversing roles and status with her husband after Harry’s stellar performance at the Invictus Games.”
