Michael B. Jordan’s December 2023 His Ferrari 812 Superfast collided with a Kia parked on a Hollywood street, sparking speculation. Are drugs involved? Did he drink? Was this just an accident? Is he responsible?Just over a month after the incident, we now know the answer is TMZ Report.

It turns out Jordan will not face any charges. In short, authorities could not actually prove that Jordan was the driver of 812 in the crash. They came to this conclusion even though video evidence Ferrari was allegedly street racing before the accident, TMZ pointed out.

Law enforcement tells us there’s not enough evidence to prove what happened in December’s Hollywood crash … despite a video showing Michael talking to another driver (also driving a Ferrari) before crashing into a parked Kia Racing.

Police say the video is part of the mystery of what happened during the crash, but it’s not enough to complete the mystery – especially since it doesn’t capture whether MBJ was behind the wheel.

Authorities told TMZ that even though Jordan was involved in street racing, as it is a misdemeanor, police were required to see Jordan behind the wheel of the car; police arrived at the scene after the accident. Even charging him with speeding would be flimsy because they couldn’t tell how fast he was traveling in the video.

Although Jordan was at the scene the night of the incident, he and his representatives have remained silent about the incident. TMZ reached out to them for comment but received no response. There are still some questions that need to be answered about all this, because seriously, how do you hit a parked car? We may never get them, though, and in a few months, or whenever Jordan’s next big role or movie comes out, we’ll forget it ever happened.
