A new dining destination in downtown Austin, The Guest House is another popular restaurant and bar addition to the new and growing Austin food scene. The Guest House’s mission is to redefine the dining experience, blending timeless classics with contemporary style. Chef Todd Mark Miller is a Utah native who worked at Gotham Steak in Fontainebleau, Miami, and is known for his work at Stephen Starr’s Deluxe Steakhouse, Barclay Prime and the 100 in Philadelphia’s Washington Square. Dollar is famous for its Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Miller has worked with some of the country’s most famous chefs, from Jean-Georges to Nobu Matsuhisa to Julian Serrano.
